Testing Length: 16 hours for function test, and indefinitely for lifespan test

Test Steps:

  1. Randomly selected 4 pieces from each of 4 models of solar street lights in the workshop at 9 a.m..
  2. Conduct daytime light testing. In a dark environment, testing team sequentially turned on the switches of each model of solar street light through two methods—the button behind the street light and the remote control. Two working modes of 4W worked normally, and the three working modes of 10W, 15W, and 40W street lights worked normally as well.
  3. Then, installation was carried out at 10 a.m., the testing team chose to install solar street lights on the cement wall and on the poles.
  4. Conducted a night test and used the remote controls to control the solar street lights at 7 p.m.. 4W solar street lights have two working modes, while 10W, 15W and 40W solar street lights have three working modes. The first two working modes tests were finished at 9 p.m. The third working mode tests were finished at 1 a.m.
  5. After detaching all products, they underwent IK protection level testing, temperature and humidity testing, drop testing, integrating sphere testing, and UV aging testing in sequence. All samples passed the test.

Test result: All solar street lights can work normally, and the pass rate is up to 99.99%. We did a tracking investigation for these models for 3 years and they still work well, with complete waterproof outer shell. These lights are big hits now with our customers because of their excellent quality and affordable price.
